This project in Lincoln Park involved the complete revitalization of a common area, previously used as a TV room. The goal was to modernize the space, transforming it into a multifunctional area for serving snacks and promoting resident recreation.

The renovation included the installation of new LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring, the creation of a brand-new kitchen with an oven, custom cabinets, and a contemporary backsplash. A central island was built to facilitate food and beverage service. Additionally, the walls received fresh paint, and the lighting was completely upgraded to create a more welcoming and functional environment.
